摘要
人际关系中,医患关系比较特殊,这种关系是利用医学活动将患者和医师联系起来,可以体现医学团体和社会群体之间的关系,近些年随着医疗卫生改革不断深化,和谐医患关系的建立越发重要,其不仅关系着医疗工作的进行,也体现了医护人员的道德素质,对于建设和谐社会起到了促进作用。因此,该文在和谐医患关系基础上对医院群众文化相关内容展开了研究,首先阐述了二者之间的关系,其次针对当前医院群众文化建设面临的挑战做出简要分析,最后针对和谐医患关系提出了医院群众文化建设路径,以供医院文化建设参考。
Among interpersonal relationships,the doctor-patient relationship is special,which connects patients with physicians through medical activities and can reflect the relationship between medical groups and social groups.In recent years,with the deepening of medical and health reform,the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship is becoming more and more important,which not only relates to the progress of medical work,but also reflects the moral quality of medical staff.It plays a promoting role in building a harmonious society.Therefore,on the basis of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,this paper carries out a study on the relevant contents of hospital mass culture.Firstly,it expounds the relationship between the two.Secondly,it makes a brief analysis of the challenges facing the current hospital mass culture construction.Finally puts forward the construction path of hospital mass culture construction for the harmonious doctor-patient relationship for reference.
