摘要
对比尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法在尿常规检验中的应用效果。选取于2020年1月—2020年12月期间南京中医药大学连云港附属医院接受尿常规检验的400例患者为研究样本。采集尿液,制尿液标本,开展不同的检测与分析,运用尿沉渣全自动分析仪、显微镜检测法和尿干化学法,对比不同检测方法的检测结果。尿沉渣全自动分析仪尿液白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞、细胞管型阳性率为47.50%、48.25%、45.00%、19.50%,显微镜检测法为46.00%、47.50%、43.75%、19.75%,尿干化学法为20.63%、33.00%、31.50%、14.00%。三种检测方式比较,尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法检测比尿干化学法高,差异显著(P<0.05);但尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法检测的阳性率相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,应用尿沉渣全自动分析仪、显微镜检测法,均可在尿常规检验发挥重要作用,但各有优势和不足,可采取联合检测方式提高检验准确率。
Compare the application effect of automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscope detection method in routine urine examination.400 patients who underwent routine urine tests at Lianyungang Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study samples.Collect urine,prepare urine samples,conduct different tests and analyses,including urine sediment automatic analyzer,microscope detection method,and urine dry chemistry method,and compare the detection results of different detection methods.The positive rates of white blood cells,red blood cells,epithelial cells,and cell types in urine by the fully automated urine sediment analyzer were 47.50%,48.25%,45.00%,and 19.50%,respectively.Microscopic detection methods were 46.00%,47.50%,43.75%,and 19.75%,while urinary dry chemistry methods were 20.63%,33.00%,31.50%,and 14.00%.Compared with the three detection methods,the urine sediment automatic analyzer and microscope detection method were higher than the urine dry chemistry method,with a significant difference(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the positive rate between the urine sediment automatic analyzer and the microscope detection method(P>0.05).Research has found that the application of fully automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscope detection method can play an important role in routine urine testing,but each has its advantages and disadvantages.Joint detection can be adopted to improve the accuracy of the test,which is helpful for the formulation of clinical treatment plans,benefi cial for patients’early recovery,and has high application value.
