摘要
目的分析肛窦炎中医药领域研究文献,了解研究现状、热点及趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)建库至2022年11月收录的中医干预肛窦炎研究文献。采用CiteSpace6.1.R3和VOSviewer1.6.18软件对作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果经筛选,共纳入336篇文献,自1989年发表首篇肛窦炎研究文献至今发文量较少,研究团队和研究机构较为分散,主要形成了以苏红波、张宁、张悦、杨泽龙为代表的核心研究团队;研究机构多集中在各中医药大学及其附属医院,机构合作度相对较低。共获得226个关键词,高频关键词有“保留灌肠”“临床疗效”“湿热下注”等。聚类分析可知,研究方向多集中在临床治疗、疾病自身特点、临床症状、体征、检查、与临床常见相关疾病的联系、炎性外痔和发病机制等方面;连续突现5年关键词有“药物纳肛”“肛周湿疹”“综合疗法”“微波”“坐浴”“脏毒”等。结论近年肛窦炎研究多集中于临床应用方面,领域内的作者、团队、机构联系不足,疾病发病机制为研究趋势。
Objective To analyze the research literature on anal cryptitis(AC)in the field of TCM;To understand its research status,hot spots and future trends.Methods Research literature about TCM treatment for AC was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Science Periodical Database(Wanfang Data)from its establishment to November,2022.Meanwhile,Citespace 6.1R3 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used in visualized analyzing on authors,research institutions and key words.Results After screening,a total of 336 articles were included in the study.From 1989 to nowadays,the amount of research literature about AC was comparatively small,also the research teams and institutions were relatively scattered.It mainly formed core research teams represented by Su Hongbo,Zhang Ning,Zhang Yue and Yang Zelong;the research institutions were mostly concentrated in the TCM universities and their affiliated hospitals,and the degree of institutional cooperation was relatively low.Through searching,226 keywords were obtained,and the high-frequency keywords included“retention enema”“clinical efficacy”“pouring of dampheat”and so on.Clustering analysis showed that the research directions were mostly focused on clinical treatment,the characteristics of AC itself,clinical symptoms,manifestations,examination,connection with common clinically relevant diseases,inflammatory external hemorrhoids and pathogenesis;keywords that have been emerged continuously for 5 years included“intraanal drug therapy”,“perianal eczema”,“comprehensive therapy”,“microwave”,“demibain”,“toxin in zang-organs”etc.Conclusion In recent years,the research on AC has mostly focused on clinical application.The authors,teams and institutions in this field lack adequate connection with each other.The research on the pathogenesis of the disease is the research trend.
