摘要
目前农田生态系统价值评价较多关注大尺度空间区域,地方上的动态评价较少,县市等地方政府制定农业资源管理等政策时缺少数据支撑。通过查阅山东省邹平市统计年鉴获得邹平市2015—2020年有关数据,基于农田生态系统正负效应评价法核算了邹平市这6年农田生态系统提供的正效应和负效应价值。其中,正效应包括农产品生产、社会保障、土壤保持、土壤固碳、光合作用释氧、净化大气、维持营养物质循环共7项,负效应包括地下水资源消耗、温室气体排放、地膜污染、农药污染、化肥流失共5项。结果显示,邹平市农田生态系统正效应价值以约2.2×10^(8)元/年的速度下降,负效应价值呈现逐年降低趋势,正负效应之差亦呈降低趋势。为邹平市相关农业政策的制定提供重要的数据基础,为我国其他县级地方农田生态系统价值评价提供参考。
At present,the value evaluation of farmland ecosystem pays more attention to large-scale spatial regions,and there is little dynamic evaluation at the local level,and the local governments such as counties and cities lack data support when formulating agricultural resources management policies.The data of Zouping City in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2020 were obtained from Zouping Yearbooks.Based on the evaluation method of positive and negative effects of farmland ecosystem,the positive and negative effects of farmland ecosystem in Zouping City in these six years were calculated.The positive effects included agricultural production,social security,soil conservation,soil carbon fixation,photosynthesis oxygen release,air cleaning,and nutrients cycling,and the negative effects included underground water consumption,greenhouse gas emission,mulching film pollution,pesticide pollution,and fertilizer loss.The results showed that the positive effect value of farmland ecosystem in Zouping City decreased at a rate of about 2.2×10^(8) yuan/year,and the negative effect value also decreased year by year,and the difference between positive and negative effects showed a decreasing trend.This paper provides important data basis for the formulation of relevant agricultural policies in Zouping City,and provides a reference example for the evaluation of farmland ecosystem value in other county-level areas in China.
