摘要
目的研究全程护理模式对行分娩镇痛初产妇分娩结局及新生儿Apgar评分的影响。方法选择2022年1月至12月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的120例行硬膜外镇痛分娩产妇,根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式的基础上给予全程护理模式,比较两组产妇的分娩结局以及新生儿出生后1 min、5 min Apgar评分。结果观察组的剖宫产率为21.67%,低于对照组的43.33%(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生后1 min、5 min Apgar评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理模式对行分娩镇痛初产妇分娩结局、新生儿Apgar评分有积极影响。
Objective To study the effect of whole-process nursing mode on the delivery outcomes and Apgar score of newborns of primipara undergoing labor analgesia.Methods A total of 120 primipara who underwent epidural analgesia delivery admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted general nursing mode,while the observation group was given whole-process nursing mode on the basis of the general nursing mode.The delivery outcomes and Apgar scores of the newborns at 1 and 5 minutes after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate in the observation group was 21.67%,lower than 43.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar scores of newborns at 1 and 5 minutes after birth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The wholeprocess nursing mode has a positive impact on the delivery outcomes of primipara undergoing labor analgesia and the Apgar score of newborns.
