摘要
科学地评价2010-2017年我国30个省市(除西藏外)的群众体育发展效率,对于全面推进群众体育事业的发展具有重要作用。本文以群众体育的投入产出指标为研究对象,运用三阶段DEA模型对2010-2017年我国30个省市群众体育发展效率进行测度,同时结合ArcGIS软件进行时空分异研究。结果表明:(1)剔除环境变量和随机噪声影响因素后,我国30个省市群众体育效率值出现不同程度的变化,说明环境变量等影响因素对我国群众体育效率影响显著;(2)我国30个省市群众体育综合效率不断提高,纯技术效率对综合效率的影响作用更大;(3)我国30个省市群众体育产出效益空间分布不不均衡,投入与产出效益则呈现“中部最高、东部次之、西部较低”的空间分布特征,且群众体育产出效益较高的省市其群众体育综合效率不一定存在正相关关系。
Evaluating the efficiency of mass sports in 30 provinces(except Tibet)from China in year of 2010-2017 is significant for the overall promotion of mass sports.Taking the input-output indexes of mass sports as the research data,this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to measure the efficiency of mass sports in 30 provinces from China in year of 2010-2017,and conducted the spatial-temporal differentiation research with the aid of ArcGIS software.These results show that:(1)After eliminating environmental variables and random noise,the efficiency of mass sports in 30 provinces from China show different degrees of changes,indicated that environmental variables and other influencing factors have a significant impact on the efficiency of mass sports in China.(3)The spatial distribution of the output efficiency of mass sports in 30 provinces from China is uneven,and the spatial distribution of input and output efficiency is characterized by"the highest in the central part,the second highest in the east and the lower in the west",and the provinces with higher output efficiency of mass sports do not necessarily have a positive correlation with the comprehensive efficiency of mass sports.
