摘要
牛结节病又被称为牛结节性皮肤病、牛疙瘩病,是一种新型的病毒性传染性疾病,该种病毒的来源是痘病毒科羊痘病毒属的结节性皮肤病毒病毒,属于DNA病毒类型。临床上患病牛感染该种疾病后主要以发热、生长发育不良、体表淋巴结显著肿大、体表皮肤水肿、局部会形成质地坚硬结节或者溃疡病灶为主要特征。该类疾病只会在反刍类动物群体中传播。牛结节性皮肤病是一种外来传入性的重大传染性疾病,2019年8月传入到新疆,随后向全国各地扩散蔓延。尽管牛结节性皮肤并不会造成严重的发病和死亡,但是该的疾病会不断威胁牛群的身体免疫系统,导致机体出现严重的免疫抑制,若体表皮肤破坏受到其他病原入侵后,就会出现混合感染,使临床症状逐渐加重。防控该疾病应该加强流行病学调查,并注重做好扑杀无害化处理,提前采取措施进行有效的疫苗免疫接种,保证牛群抗体水平达标,有效预防该疾病的传播流行。
Bovine sarcoidosis,also known as bovine nodular dermatosis and bovine pimple disease,is a new type of viral infectious disease,belongs to the DNA virus type.The main clinical features of infected cattle with this disease are fever,hypoplasia,obvious enlargement of lymph nodes on the body surface,edema of the skin on the body surface,and formation of local hard nodules or ulcer lesions.The disease is only transmitted in ruminant populations.Bovine skin disease nododermatosis is a major imported infectious disease that was introduced to the Xinjiang region in August 2019 and has since spread throughout the country.Although bovine nodular skin does not cause serious morbidity and mortality,the disease continues to threaten the immune system of cattle,leading to severe immunosuppression,if the skin damage by other pathogens invasion,there will be mixed infection,so that the clinical symptoms gradually aggravated.In order to prevent and control this disease,we should strengthen epidemiological investigation,pay attention to the harmless treatment of culling,take measures to carry out effective vaccination in advance,and ensure the antibody level of cattle to reach the standard,effective prevention of the spread of the disease.
