摘要
目的探讨整形保乳手术对早期乳腺癌患者手术切缘及预后的影响。方法选择88例早期乳腺癌患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组与参考组,各44例。参考组行常规保乳术,治疗组行整形保乳手术。2组均观察至术后3个月,比较2组手术情况、术后引流量与住院时间、保乳整形效果、并发症。结果治疗组术中出血量、切除标本最小与最大手术切缘、术后引流量较参考组低、标本切除体积较参考组高,手术用时较参考组长,术中住院时间较参考组短,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总并发症发生率较参考组低,保乳整形优良率较参考组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论整形保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌能保证手术切缘,切除更多组织量,并能够减少出血量、术后引流量和并发症的发生,缩短术后住院时间,获得更好的保乳整形效果。
Objective To explore the effect of plastic breast preservation surgery on surgical margin and prognosis in patients with early breast cancer.Methods 88 early breast cancer patients were selected and divided into treatment and reference groups by randomized digital tables,44 cases in each.The reference group performed routine breast preservation surgery,and the treatment group performed plastic breast preservation surgery.Both groups observed 3 months after surgery,comparing the surgical conditions,postoperative flow rate and hospitalization time,breast and plastic preservation effect,and complications between the 2 groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding,the minimum resection margin,the postoperative flow rate of the treatment group were lower than the reference group,resection tissue volwme was larger than the reference group,operation time was longer than the reference group,and hospital stay was shorter,(P<0.05).the total complication rate was lower than the reference group,breast preseruation effect was better and there had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using plastic breast preservation surgery in early breast cancer patients can ensure surgical margin resection,more tissue resection,reduce bleeding volume,postoperative flow rate and complications,shorten postoperative hospital stay,and obtain better breast preservation effect.
