摘要
本文概括总结推拿名家王选章教授推拿学“理、法、方、术”理论与经验。王选章教授对推拿治疗软组织损伤及内、妇科病症甚为精研,经验丰富、颇有建树。经过多年对《黄帝内经》等经典的研究与实践,王选章教授提出“道理学说”“点穴调脉法”“形气辨证法”“五部推拿法”及推拿手法的五行与阴阳分类等推拿学“理、法、方、术”理论,并以此指导推拿临床诊疗,疗效显著,为推拿教学与临床实践提供了新的思路和方法,对推拿学术的创新、发展和研究有重要的指导作用。王选章教授推拿学术理论与经验值得后代医家研究、借鉴与传承。
This paper summarizes the theory and experience of Professor Wang Xuanzhang,a famous massage master,on“theory,method,prescription,technique”of massage science.Professor Wang Xuanzhang is very expert in the treatment of soft tissue injury and internal and gynecological diseases by massage,with rich experience and considerable achievements.After years of research and practice on classics such as Huangdi Neijing,Professor Wang Xuanzhang put forward the theory of“theory,method,prescription,technique”of massage,such as“truth theory”,“method of acupoint-pressing and pulse-regulating”,“differentiation method of form and qi”,“method of five-level massage”and the classification of five elements and yin yang of massage manipulation,guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of massage with significant effect and providing new ideas and methods for massage teaching and clinical practice.It plays an important guiding role in the innovation,development,and research of massage.The academic theory and experience of massage of professor Wang Xuanzhang are worthy of research,reference,and inheritance by future generations of doctors.
