摘要
Q热血流感染是由贝纳柯克斯体引起的感染,临床病例罕见,临床表现缺乏特异性,传统检测方法不易获得其病原学证据,误诊率极高,严重时可引起患者全身多个脏器受累,危及生命,早期诊断与精准治疗仍是临床面临的巨大挑战。宏基因二代测序技术在少见、罕见病原体感染诊断方面展现出了巨大潜力,使Q热病原菌检出率不断提高。本文报道通过外周血宏基因组二代测序成功诊断Q热血流感染1例,并及时给予合理抗菌药物治疗,患者预后良好,以期为临床提供参考。
Q fever bloodstream infection is an infection caused by Coxiella burnetii,because its clinical cases are rare,the clinical manifestations lack specificity and traditional detection methods are difficult to obtain its etiological evidence,resulting in the misdiagnosis rate is extremely high.In severe cases,multiple organs of the patient’s may be involved,which is life-threatening.Early diagnosis and precise treatment are still huge clinical challenges.Metagenomic next-generation sequencing has shown great potential in the diagnosis of rare pathogens infection,which makes the detection rate of Q fever pathogens continuously improve.This article reports one case of Q fever bloodstream infection successfully detected by metagenomic next-generation sequencing and timely treatment with reasonable antibiotics,the patient had good prognosis.
