规范健康教育对发热门诊患者的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析对发热门诊患者开展规范健康教育的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月泰州市中医院门诊收治的发热患者100例为观察对象,根据健康教育方法不同分为对照组(n=47)与试验组(n=53)。对照组给予常规健康教育,试验组给予规范健康教育。比较两组患者护理质量、发热知识知晓率、临床指标、心理指标、满意度。结果:试验组护士对疾病掌握度、护理文书、操作技能、专业水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组发热知识总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。试验组退热时长、住院时间短于对照组,体温低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,试验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:对发热门诊患者开展规范健康教育能够提升护理质量,增强患者对疾病的认知度,缓解其负性心理情绪,提高满意度。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of implementing the standardized health education in fever outpatients.Methods:A total of 100 fever patients admitted to the Outpatient Department of Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects.According to different health education methods,they were divided into control group(n=47)and test group(n=53).The control group was given routine health education and the test group was given standardized health education.The quality of nursing,fever knowledge awareness,clinical indicators,psychological indicators,and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nurse's disease mastery,nursing documents,operation skills and professional level in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total fever knowledge awareness rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).The duration of defervescence and length of hospital stay in the test group were shorter than those in the control group,and the body temperature in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:Standardized health education in fever outpatients can improve the quality of nursing,enhance patients'awareness of diseases,alleviate their negative psychological emotions,and improve satisfaction.
