摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理模式对艾滋病患者的应用效果分析。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月郴州市第二人民医院收治的200例艾滋病患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法分为试验组与参照组,各100例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组实施人文关怀护理。比较两组生活质量评分、情绪状况、护理满意度及护理依从情况。结果:护理后,试验组生理功能、社会功能、精神健康评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,试验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组就诊环境、服务态度、护士操作、语言表达、仪容仪表评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组护理总依从率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:艾滋病患者实施人文关怀护理模式的效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量水平、护理满意度、依从率,改善患者心理状态。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing model in AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 200 AIDS patients who were admitted to Chenzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and reference group by double-blind method,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing while the experimental group implemented humanistic care nursing.The scores of quality of life,emotion,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the physiological function,social function and mental health scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of visiting environment,service attitude,nurse operation,language expression,grooming and hygiene in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total nursing compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care nursing model in AIDS patients has significant effect,it can improve the quality of life,nursing satisfaction,compliance rate,and psychological state of patients.
