巯基棉富集-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定海水中痕量重金属

The Determination of Trace Heavy Metals in Seawater by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with Sulphydryl Cotton Enrichment

摘要 采用巯基棉预富集,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪定量测定海水中痕量重金属元素(Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Pb、Cd)含量的方法。完善前处理条件、优化仪器工作参数、选取In作为内标元素,能有效克服海水基体对测定的影响。建立方法的检出限为0.06(Cu)、0.11(Zn)、0.07(Cr)、0.16(Ni)、0.07(Pb)、0.03(Cd)μg/L,RSD为2.5%~6.8%,回收率为78.0%~103%。方法准确度良好,适用于海水中痕量金属元素的定量测定。 The content of trace heavy metals(copper,zinc,chromium,nickel,lead and cadmium)in seawater was determined quantitatively by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with sulphydryl cotton pre-concentration.By improving pretreatment conditions,optimising instrumental working parameters and choosing indium(In)as an interior label element,the influence of seawater matrix on the determination could effectively be eliminated.The detection limits of the established method were 0.06(Cu),0.11(Zn),0.07(Cr),0.16(Ni),0.07(Pb)and 0.03(Cd)μg/L with RSD of 2.5%~6.8%and recovery of 78.0%~103%.Thus,the method is accurate and suitable for the quantitative determination of trace metal elements in seawater.
