摘要
田园综合体是实现乡村振兴、城乡融合的重要载体。运用GIS技术定量分析田园综合体空间格局特征,运用SWOT模型定性分析田园综合体高质量发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,在此基础上提出了田园综合体高质量发展战略。结果表明:(1)济南市田园综合体整体呈“东北-西南”近似椭圆形集聚分布。其中,中高密度区主要分布在中东部地区,低密度区主要分布在西南和东南部地区。(2)济南市田园综合体存在产业集聚凸显、文旅资源丰富等优势;建设用地短缺、三产融合度较低等劣势;同时存在政策效益明显、双循环促进显著等机遇以及竞争升级、不确定因素增强等挑战。提出了推进田园综合体产业集群、加大土地政策扶持、优化规划设计、科技赋能等高质量发展策略。研究成果可为济南田园综合体高质量发展的实践工作及政策制定提供借鉴,同时丰富省会城市田园综合体研究案例。
The rural complex is an important carrier of rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.GIS technology was used to quantitatively analyze the spatial pattern characteristics,and SWOT was used to qualitatively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the high-quality development of the rural complex.On this basis,the high-quality development strategy of the pastoral complex was put forward.The results can be concluded as follows:(1)The rural complex presents an approximate elliptic distribution of"northeast-southwest".The medium-high density area is mainly distributed in the eastern regions,and the low-density area is distributed in the southwest and southeast regions.(2)The rural complex in Jinan has advantages such as prominent industrial agglomeration.Rich cultural and tourism resources has shortage of construction land and low integration degree of three industries.At the same time,there are opportunities such as obvious policy benefits and double cycle promotion,as well as challenges such as increased competition and increased uncertainties.This study puts forward high-quality development strategies such as promoting industrial cluster of pastoral complex,increasing land policy support,optimizing planning and design,and enabling science and technology.The results can provide reference for the practice work and policy formulation of high-quality development of Jinan rural complex,and enrich the case study of provincial capital city rural complex.
