摘要
为提高中药房实习带教水平,帮助实习生更好地了解中医药,为中药发展培养实用人才。本研究从树立实习生的职业道德,关注实习生的思想活动,到辨识中药、中药调剂、处方审核、实习考核等方面,探讨中药房实习带教的经验。实习生出科时能认识常见中药和完成处方调配工作。同时,带教老师总结教学经验和方法,可提高带教水平,提升实习生综合能力。
In order to improve the level of internship teaching in Chinese pharmacy,help interns better understand Chinese Medicine,and cultivate practical talents for the development of Chinese Medicine.This study explores the experience of internship teaching in Chinese pharmacy from establishing the professional ethics of interns,paying attention to their ideological activities,to identifying Chinese Medicines,dispensing Chinese Medicines,prescription review,and internship assessment.Interns will be able to recognize common Chinese Medicines and complete prescription dispensing when they leave the department.At the same time,the teaching teacher summarizes the teaching experience and methods,which can improve the teaching level and enhance the comprehensive ability of the interns.
