摘要
目的探究细节化护理工作在神经外科护理中的应用效果,并提出针对神经外科的护理内容。方法收集我院在2022年1月至2022年12月收治的139例患者作为研究对象,对其随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组64例,对照组65例。试验组采用细节化护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比,患者护理质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论细节化护理在神经外科护理过程中有着突出的作用,明显提高护理质理与护理满意度,护理效果较为理想。
Objective To explore the importance of detailed nursing care in neurological surgery nursing process,and propose nursing content for neurological surgery.Methods A total of 139 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 64 cases in the experimental group and 65 cases in the control group.The experimental group received detailed nursing care,while the control group received routine nursing care.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing plays a prominent role in the nursing process of neurosurgery,which significantly improves the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction,and the nursing effect is ideal.
