摘要
目的:观察釉质内肩台预备加树脂充填修复在前牙缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年4月该院收治的90例前牙缺损患者进行前瞻性研究,按照抽签法将其分为对照组、观察组各45例。两组均进行树脂修复,对照组采用短斜面预备,观察组采用釉质内肩台预备,治疗后3个月评估效果。比较两组疗效、治疗前后咀嚼功能评分、并发症发生率和满意度(修复体颜色匹配度、边缘适合度、牙龈反应度、完整度)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咀嚼功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%(3/45),低于对照组的22.22%(10/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组边缘适合度、牙龈反应度、完整度等满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组修复体颜色匹配度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:釉质内肩台预备加树脂充填修复应用于前牙缺损患者可提高治疗总有效率、咀嚼功能评分和边缘适合度、牙龈反应度、完整度等满意度评分,降低并发症发生率,效果优于短斜面预备加树脂充填修复治疗。
Objective:To observe application effects of enamel inner shoulder preparation and resin filling repair in patients with anterior teeth defects.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with anterior teeth defects admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,45 cases in each.Both groups were repaired with resin.The control group was prepared with short inclined plane,while the observation group was prepared with enamel inner shoulder.The effect was evaluated 3 months after the treatment.The curative effect,the masticatory function scores before and after the treatment,the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction(color matching degree of restorations,margin fitness degree,gingival response degree,integrity degree)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The masticatory function scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%(3/45),which was lower than 22.22%(10/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of margin fitness degree,gingival response degree,integrity degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the color matching score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The enamel inner shoulder preparation and resin filling repair in the patients with anterior tooth defects can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the masticatory function score and the margin fitness,gingival response,integrity and other satisfaction scores,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to short inclined plane preparation and resin filling repair.
