集料化学成分特性对沥青-集料界面粘结作用的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究集料化学成分特性对沥青-集料界面粘结作用的影响,分别采用5种氧化物粉末(MgO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、SiO_(2))与克拉玛依70#沥青混合并制备成沥青胶浆,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)测试沥青胶浆的相位角,并以K.Ziegel-B参数表征沥青-集料界面粘结作用。试验结果为:1)45℃时,5种氧化物与沥青的K.Ziegel-B比值为15.0∶6.9∶5.7∶4.6∶1;2)55℃时,K.Ziegel-B比值为9.1∶9.5∶6.5∶3.9∶1;3)65℃时,K.Ziegel-B比值为5.3∶6.0∶3.3∶1.2∶1。研究结果表明:1)温度和荷载频率越高,沥青-集料界面粘结作用越弱;2)在同一温度或同一荷载频率作用下,MgO和Fe_(2)O_(3)是影响沥青-集料界面粘结作用最重要的2种氧化物;3)(MgO+Fe_(2)O_(3))含量可作为路用集料优选的重要指标之一。 In order to study the influence of aggregate chemical composition on the bonding effect of asphalt-aggregate interface,five oxide powders(MgO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,SiO_(2))were mixed with Karamay 70#asphalt to prepare for asphalt mortar.The phase angle of asphalt mortar was tested by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and the bonding effect of asphalt-aggregate interface was characterized by K.Ziegel-B parameter.The test results show that the K.Ziegel-B ratio of five oxides to asphalt is 15.0∶6.9∶5.7∶4.6∶1 at 45℃,the K.Ziegel-B ratio is 9.1∶9.5∶6.5∶3.9∶1 at 55℃,the K.Ziegel-B ratio is 5.3∶6.0∶3.3∶1.2∶1 at 65℃.These results show that the higher the temperature and load frequency,the weaker the bonding effect of asphalt-aggregate interface.In the same temperature or load frequency,MgO and Fe_(2)O_(3)are the two most important oxides affecting the bonding of asphaltaggregate interface.The content of(MgO+Fe_(2)O_(3))can be used as one of the important indexes for the optimization of road aggregate.
