摘要
为了探究数字经济时代互联网使用的就业效应,本文利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,运用二值Probit模型、OLS模型等分别对数字经济时代互联网使用对就业选择和质量的影响进行检验。从就业选择来看,互联网使用增加了劳动者创业的可能性,每增加1单位互联网使用劳动者创业的可能性增加3.3%。机制分析表明,使用互联网工作能够促进劳动者选择创业,社会网络在促进劳动者创业的过程中起到中介作用。从就业质量来看,互联网使用对劳动者就业质量有显著促进作用,每增加1单位互联网使用劳动者就业质量提升4.7%。互联网使用能够显著提高工资收入、增加签订合同、医疗保险、养老保险等的可能性,并显著降低劳动者的工作时间。工资的分位数回归结果表明,互联网使用对于低收入劳动者的工资收入促进作用最大,中等收入劳动者次之,高收入劳动者最小。
In order to explore the employment effect of internet use in the digital economy era,this paper uses the 2018 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data,binary probit model and OLS model to test the impact of internet use on employment choice and quality in the digital economy era.From the perspective of employment choice,the use of internet increases the possibility of workers starting businesses.For every additional unit of internet use,the possibility of workers starting businesses increases by 3.3%.Mechanism analysis shows that using the internet to work can promote workers to choose entrepreneurship,and social networks play an intermediary role in promoting workers entrepreneurship.From the perspective of employment quality,internet use has significantly promoted the employment quality of workers,and the employment quality of workers could be improved by 4.7%for every additional unit of internet use.The use of internet can significantly increase wages,increase the possibility of signing contracts,medical insurance,endowment insurance,and significantly reduce the working hours of workers.The quantile regression results of wages show that internet use has the greatest effect on the wages of low-income workers,followed by middle-income workers,and the lowest effect on high-income workers.
