摘要
针刺临床疗效与穴位选取、手法操作密切相关。如今针灸医生多根据自己的临床经验或某些成熟的技术进行选穴及操作,遗失了针刺选穴及治疗的基本原则。人迎寸口脉诊法去繁就简,法朴而理微,是针刺辨经论治思维的精华。《灵枢·终始》作为《灵枢》中针刺技术保存最为完备的一篇,其中对人迎寸口脉诊论述十分详尽,此脉诊是以辨别阴阳为目的的辨证体系,通过对比人迎寸口脉的大小,判定其阴阳盛衰并据此采取相应针刺穴位及补泻手法,调和机体阴阳,达到治愈疾病的目的。本文探析《灵枢·终始》中人迎寸口脉法的诊疗方法,医者通过人迎脉与寸口的相互比较,判断“阴阳”盛衰、定位病变经脉,继而通过针刺治疗使脉象达到“气调”,使机体恢复阴阳平和,此法可达到取穴少而效专力宏的效果,对针灸临床实践有重要指导作用。
The clinical effect of acupuncture is closely related to acupoints selection and manipulations.Nowadays,acupuncturists mostly select acupoints and apply the acupuncture manipulations according to their own clinical experience or some mature acupuncture techniques,which losing the basic principles of acupoint selection and acupuncture treatment.The method of Renying pulse is the essence of acupuncture with its simplicity and detailed principle based on meridian differentiation.Ling Shu·Zhong Shi is the most complete piece of needling technology preserved in Ling Shu.Renying and Cunkou pulse diagnosis is described in detail.It is a syndrome differentiation system for the purpose of distinguishing Yin and Yang.It is based on the size comparison of Renying and Cunkou,judging Yin and Yang of meridians,then selecting the corresponding acupoints as well as reinforcing and reducing method to harmonize Yin and Yang of the body,so as to cure the disease.This study intends to summarize a set of diagnosis and treatment methods based on Renying and Cunkou pulse diagnosis from Ling Shu·Zhong Shi.Clinically,by comparing the size of Renying and Cunkou,judging the rise and fall of Yin and Yang and locating the pathological meridians,the pulse was regulated by acupuncture,so that the body can restore the balance of Yin and Yang.Because this method have less acupoint selection and can achieve macro special effect,it has an important guiding role in clinical practice of acupuncture.
