摘要
目的 结合赣榆区人民医院普外科在急腹症患者诊断及治疗过程中应用腹腔镜技术的实践情况分析患者诊断及治疗效果。方法 本次研究以赣榆区人民医院普外科2021年2月-2022年9月收治的82例急腹症患者为研究对象,依照患者诊疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,其中,治疗组49例实施腹腔镜探查,对照组33例实施开腹探查,观察两组准确率、治愈率、术中观察指标及术后预后情况。结果 治疗组的诊断准确率及治愈率优于对照组,结果差异为(P<0.05),且治疗组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等指标比较中均要好于对照组,结果差异为(P<0.05),同时治疗组并发症发生率及切口感染率低于对照组,数据值明显较低,结果差异为(P<0.05)。结论 对于普外科急腹症患者诊疗而言,腹腔镜技术运用的价值更为显著,更能够满足患者的治疗要求,所以能够在患者诊疗过程中推广上述技术。
Objective To analyze clinical application of laparoscopic technology in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen patients in the general surgery department of Ganyu District People's Hospital.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with acute abdomen admitted to general surgery department of Ganyu District People's Hospital from February 2021 to September 2022 as research objects,and divided them into treatment group and control group according to diagnosis and treatment methods.Among them,49 cases in treatment group were treated with laparoscopic exploration,while 33 cases in control group with laparotomy exploration.Accuracy,cure rate,intraoperative observation indicators and postoperative prognosis between two groups were observed.Results Diagnostic accuracy and cure rate of treatment group was 97.96%and 100.00%respectively,that was 78.79%and 75.76%in control group,data values were significantly higher,difference showed P<0.05.Surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,and length of stay in treatment group was better than control group,difference showed P<0.05.Incidence of complications and incision in treatment group was 2.04%and 0.00%respectively,that was 21.21%and 18.18%in control group,data values were significantly lower,difference showed(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic technology can achieve more significant value and can better meet treatment requirements of patients in diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdomen in general surgery,which can be promoted in diagnosis and treatment process of patients.
