摘要
目的 探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎患者中的诊疗效果。方法 随机选取2022年1-10月来本院治疗胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎300例患者进行研究,根据数字表法将上述300例患者随机分成对照组150例和实验组150例。对照组在治疗时以常规保守药物治疗为主,而实验组患者则采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术予以治疗。将两组患者治疗前后炎性因子、疼痛程度以及治疗结果进行对比。结果 在炎性因子比较中,两组患者治疗前各项因子水平差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在疼痛评分比较中,治疗前两组患者疼痛分数对比无意义(P>0.05);实验组于治疗后疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05);在治疗结果比较中,实验组治疗有效率较对照组治疗结果更高(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术可以显著改善胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎患者的炎性因子水平,治疗后患者疼痛感更低,治疗手段值得推广。
Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with cholecystolithiasis and chronic cholecystitis.Methods The paper chose 300 patients with cholecystolithiasis and chronic cholecystitis treated in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 for study,and divided them into control group of 150 cases and experimental group of 150 cases randoml according to the number table method.Control group was mainly treated with routine conservative medicine,while experimental group with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Inflammatory factors,pain levels and treatment outcomes were compared and analyze between two groups before and after treatment.Results Comparison of inflammatory factors showed,there was little difference in levels of various factors between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of inflammatory factors in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,there was no significant difference in pain scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Pain scores of experimental group significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Treatment effective rate of experimental group was 98.67%,higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors of patients with cholecystolithiasis and chronic cholecystitis,with less pain after treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
