摘要
本文主要阐述了采用钼酸铵分光光度法测定磷酸盐时,在实验条件都相同的情况下,控制3组不同的显色温度进行了对比实验,在不同的显色时间分别测定其吸光度,分析显色温度和显色时间对钼酸铵分光光度法测定磷酸盐的影响。选择适合的显色温度绘制工作曲线,进行方法检出限、精密度、准确度的测定,并分析钼酸铵分光光度法测定磷酸盐的不确定度。
This paper mainly describes the use of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry determination of phosphate,under the same experimental conditions,control of three groups of different color temperature for comparative tests,determination of the absorbance at different color time,analysis of the influence of color temperature and color time on the determination of phosphate ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry.Select the appropriate color temperature to draw the working curve,to determine the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method,and to analyze the uncertainty in the determination of phosphate by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometer.
