摘要
目的:探讨积极心理干预带教模式对改善实习护生心理压力和提升心理弹性水平的效果。方法:选取样本医院124名实习护生作为研究对象,按照病区随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各62人。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组在对照组的基础上辅以积极心理的方案进行干预。采用“实习护生心理压力量表”和“实习护生心理弹性问卷”对干预效果进行评价。结果:实习男护生在“工作性质”与“工作负荷”维度方面心理压力较大,总体心理弹性水平较低,得分不高。实施干预后,两组实习护生心理压力及心理弹性水平均有改善,观察组心理压力改善明显优于对照组,心理弹性得分明显优于对照组。结论:积极心理干预策略能有效减轻实习男护生的心理压力,提高其心理弹性水平。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a positive psychological intervention model of leading nursing trainees to improve psychological stress and enhance the level of psychological resilience.Methods:124 intern nursing students from the sample hospital were selected as the study population and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to wards,with 62 students in each group.The control group used the traditional banding method and the observation group used the PCI model intervention strategy for banding practice.The effect of the intervention was evaluated by using the Psychological Stress Inventory and the Psychological Resilience Questionnaire for Intern Nursing Students.Results:Male intern nursing students were more psychologically stressed in the dimensions of“nature of work”and“workload”,and their overall psychological resilience level was low and their scores were not high.After the implementation of the intervention,the psychological stress and psychological resilience levels of the intern nursing students in both groups improved,and the improvement of psychological stress in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the psychological resilience score was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Positive psychological intervention strategies can effectively reduce the psychological stress and improve the psychological resilience level of intern male nursing students.
