品种和种植密度对青贮玉米营养品质的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Variety and Planting Density on the Nutritional Quality of Silage Maize

摘要 为研究不同品种和种植密度对青贮玉米(Silagecorm)营养品质的影响,筛选出更适宜庆阳地区种植的玉米品种和密度,于2019年以正大12(H1)、东单13(H2)、濮单6号(H3)、衡远Y4038(H4)、科玉188(H5)5个玉米品种为试验材料,分别设置4.50×104(D1)、5.25×104(D2)、6.00×104(D3)、6.75×104(D4)及7.50×104(D5)株·hm^(-2)5个密度梯度,采用随机区组设计,对青贮玉米的营养品质进行比较研究。结果表明:同一品种不同密度比较,H1品种D4密度的EE、CP、Ash含量,D3、D4密度的NDF、ADF含量均显著低于其他密度(P<0.05);H2品种D1、D4密度下NDF含量显著高于D3、D5密度(P<0.05);H3品种D5密度下EE、Ash含量,D2密度下CP、ST含量,H4品种D4密度下EE、Ash、WSC、NDF、ADF含量显著高于其他密度(P<0.05);H5品种D2密度Ca含量显著高于D3密度(P<0.05)。同一密度不同品种比较,D1密度H3品种的P、NDF含量显著高于H1和H5品种(P<0.05);D2、D3、D4、D5密度H2品种的DM含量显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);D3密度下H2品种CP、NDF、ADF含量低于其他配置与D4密度下H1品种的Ca、P含量均显著低于其他品种(P<0.05)。一定范围内随着种植密度的增加,CP含量先增后减,正大12、科玉188的NDF、ADF含量先增后减,东单13、濮单6号、衡远Y4038的NDF、ADF含量增加;正大12、东单13的EE含量先减后增,濮单6号的EE含量增加,衡远Y4038、科玉188的EE含量先增后减。灰色关联度分析表明适宜在本试验地区推广种植的3个玉米品种及其种植密度为东单13(H2)7.50×104(D5)株·hm^(-2)、科玉188(H5)6.75×104(D4)株·hm^(-2)、濮单6号(H3)5.25×104(D2)株·hm^(-2)。 In order to study the effects of different varieties and planting densities on the nutritional quality of silage maize,and to screen out the silage maize varieties and densities that are more suitable for Qingyang area,five silage maize varieties,Zhengda 12(H1),Dongdan 13(H2),Pudan 6(H3),Hengyuan Y4038(H4)and Keyu 188(H5),were used as test materials in 2019.Five density gradients of 4.50×104(D1),5.25×104(D2),6.00×104(D3),6.75×104(D4)and 7.50×104(D5)plants·hm^(-2) were set,respectively.The nutrient quality of silage maize was compared using a random block design.The results showed that comparing different densities of the same variety,EE,CP,Ash content in D4 density of H1 variety,NDF,ADF content in D3 and D4 density were significantly lower than other densities(P<0.05).NDF content in D1 and D4 density of H2 variety was significantly higher than D3 and D5 density(P<0.05).EE,Ash content in D5 density of H3 variety,CP,ST content in D2 density,EE,Ash,WSC,NDF,ADF content at D4 density of H4 varieties were significantly higher than other densities(P<0.05).Ca content at D2 density of H5 varieties was significantly higher than that at D3 density(P<0.05).Comparing different varieties of the same density,the P and NDF contents of D1 density H3 varieties were significantly higher than those of H1 and H5 varieties(P<0.05).The DM contents of D2,D3,D4 and D5 densities of H2 varieties were significantly lower than those of other varieties(P<0.05).The CP,NDF and ADF contents of H2 varieties at D3 density were lower than those of other configurations and the Ca and P contents of H1 varieties at D4 density were significantly lower than those of other varieties(P<0.05).In a certain range,with the increase of planting density,CP content firstly increased and then decreased,the NDF and ADF contents of Zhengda 12 and Keyu 188 firstly increased and then decreased,while the NDF and ADF contents of Dongdan 13,Pudan 6 and Hengyuan Y4038 increased.The EE content of Zhengda 12 and Dongdan 13 decreased first and then increased,the EE content of Pudan 6 increased,the EE content of Hengyuan Y4038 and Keyu 188 increased first and then decreased.Grey correlation analysis showed that the three maize varieties and their planting densities are suitable for popularization and planting in the experimental area,namely,Dongdan 13(H2)7.50×104(D5)plant·hm^(-2),Keyu 188(H5)6.75×104(D4)plant·hm^(-2) and Pudan 6(H3)5.25×104(D2)plant·hm^(-2).
