碳钢不锈钢异质复合轧制过程轧件变形行为研究 被引量:3

Research on deformation behaviors of carbon steel and stainless steel clad plate during rolling

摘要 复合板复层和基层材料性能差异较大,在轧制过程中由于材料性能的不同经常出现开裂、翘曲、头尾溢出等问题,因此研究复合板轧制过程复层、基层金属的变形行为对轧制工艺的正确制定具有重要指导意义。利用大生产试制结合仿真模拟验证的方法,对比分析了316L+Q345R+316L复合板和Q345R钢板轧制过程的变形行为,通过计算研究了轧制过程Q345R钢和复合板在厚度方向上等效应变的变化规律和表层与中心金属在轧制方向的流动差异。结果表明:轧制过程Q345R钢板变形集中于表面,近表面位置金属流动最为明显,表现为头部双鼓形态;复合板的轧制变形更易于向心部渗透,等效应变最大位置出现在心部,且复合板心部等效应变明显大于Q345R钢板,头部易向单鼓形态发展。 The properties of cladding and base materials in clad plates often exhibit significant differences,leading toproblems such as cracking,warping,and head or tail overflow during the rolling process.Investigating the deformation behavior of cladding and base metals in the rolling process is crucial for devising accurate rolling techniques.By using large-scale trial production combined with numerical simulation verification,the deformation behaviors of 316L+Q345R+316L clad plate and Q345R plate during the rolling process are comparatively analyzed.The research examines the variation trends of equivalent strain in the thickness direction for both Q345R and clad plates,as well as the flow differences between the surface and center metals along the rolling direction.The results indicate that Q345R plate deformation is concentrated at the surface,with the most prominent metal flow occurring near the surface,resulting in a double-drum shape at the head.In contrast,clad plate rolling deformation tends to penetrate towards the center,with the maximum equivalent strain found at the core.Furthermore,the equivalent strain at the clad plate's core part is significantly larger than that of the Q345Rplate,with the head of the rolled piece adopting a single-drum shape.
