摘要
目的观察益气安中解郁汤治疗早期胃癌患者胃镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)抑郁疗效。方法将我院104例早期胃癌ESD患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各52例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用益气安中解郁汤。比较临床总有效率,排气、排便、腹胀消失时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTCQOL-C30)评分,白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组排气、排便、腹胀消失时间短于对照组;两组SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,治疗组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组;两组EORTC QOL-C30评分均高于治疗前,治疗组EORTC QOL-C30评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ALB、PLB水平均高于治疗前,治疗组ALB、PLB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气安中解郁汤能改善早期胃癌ESD患者抑郁症状,显著促进胃肠功能恢复,改善负性情绪,提高生命质量,提高营养状态。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Anzhong Jieyu Decoction on depression in early gastric cancer patients undergoing gastroscopy mucosal exfoliation(ESD).Methods A total of 104 ESD patients with early gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 52 cases each.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while treatment group was treated with Yiqi Anzhong Jieyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical total effective rate,time of disappearance of exhaust,defecation,abdominal distension,self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),European Organization for Cancer Research and Treatment Quality of Life Scale(EORTC QOL-C30)scores,albumin(ALB),and prealbumin(PAB)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of exhaust,defecation,and abdominal distension in treatment group was shorter than control group;the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the two groups than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group;the EORTC QOL-C30 scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of ALB and PLB in both groups were enhanced,and were higher in observarion group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Anzhong Jieyu Decoction can improve the depressive symptoms of early gastric cancer ESD patients,significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the negative emotions,the quality of life,as well as the nutritional status.
