摘要
针对管接嘴零件中三通管的装夹方案所带来的变形、切削力带来的误差以及三通管加工过程中的离心力进行分析,为管接嘴类零件的加工提供了方法。
An analysis is conducted on the deformation caused by the clamping scheme of the three-way pipe in the nipple parts,the error caused by cutting force and the centrifugal force during the processing of the three-way pipe,providing a method for the processing of nipple parts.
