摘要
本实验以连云港东粮码头有限公司三期自动化散粮取制样系统的实验数据为基础,选取了4种常见物料,并对比2种算法的特点,对其带出比、剔除率等关键性参数进行分析,同时对实验中发现的问题进行列举并提出解决方案。实验过程模拟实际生产中的运行流程,并在算法等细节采用与实际生产一致的设置,让结果更加接近真实值。
This aticle based on the experimental data of the third phase automatic bulk grain sampling and preparation system of Lianyungang Dongliang Wharf Co.,Ltd,Four common materials are selected and the characteristics of the two algorithms are compared.The key parameters such as the take-out ratio and rejection rate are analyzed,and the problems found in the experiment are listed and solutions are given.The experimental process simulates the operation process in the actual production,and uses the settings consistent with the actual production in the algorithm and other details,so that the results are closer to the real value.
