利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、CIMT的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、CIMT的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月于山西医科大学第一医院盐湖分院就诊的80例肥胖2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例),对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用利拉鲁肽治疗,比较观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组血糖指标水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TG、TC、LDL-C均较对照组低,HDL-C较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后HOMA-IR、CIMT水平较对照组低,HOMA-β水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍可改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢水平,调节胰岛β细胞功能与CIMT。 Objective To investigate the effects of liraglutide combined with metformin on glucolipid metabolism,isletβ-cell function,and CIMT in obese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Eighty obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Yanhu Branch of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observa-tion group(40 cases).The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was added with rilalu-tide on the basis of the control group to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TG,TC,and LDL-C levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C levels were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HOMA-IR and CIMT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HOMA-βlevels were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin can improve the level of gluco-lipid metabolism and regulate pancreaticβ-cell function and CIMT in obese type 2 diabetic patients.
