摘要
目的聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液联合二甲双胍对初诊肥胖2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的治疗效果分析。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月盐城市第一人民医院收治的初诊肥胖T2DM患者82例,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,观察组联合聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果,血糖、体质指数(BMI)、血脂代谢指标水平以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、BMI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、BMI水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液联合二甲双胍对初诊肥胖2型糖尿病的治疗效果显著,可改善血糖水平、血脂代谢,且不会明显增加不良反应发生风险,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of polyethylene glycol Losenatide injection combined with met-formin on primary diagnosis of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 82 newly diagnosed obese T2DM pa-tients admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a lottery method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was combined with polyethylene glycol losenside injection.The treatment effects,blood glucose,body mass index(BMI),lipid metabolism index levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05);af-ter treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,and BMI in the observation group were better than those in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the lev-els of TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Polyethylene glycol Losenatide injection combined with met-formin has a significant therapeutic effect on newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can improve blood sugar level and lipid metabolism,and will not significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions.It is of high ap-plication value.
