摘要
目的探讨清胃祛湿方结合常规西药治疗脾胃虚弱型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎(CG)的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月我院接诊的160例脾胃虚弱型Hp相关性CG患者作为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合清胃祛湿方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、胃部灼热、大便稀溏、反酸烧心、神疲倦怠评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清胃祛湿方结合常规西药治疗脾胃虚弱型Hp相关性CG的临床效果显著,可以减轻炎症反应,降低中医证候积分,且不良反应少,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingwei Qushi formula combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related chronic gastritis(CG)of spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods A total of 160 patients with Hp-related CG of spleen and stomach deficiency type admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission number,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingwei Qushi formula on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 week of treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,abdominal distension,stomach burning,loose stool,acid reflux and heartburn,mental fatigue and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingwei Qushi formula combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of Hp-related CG of spleen and stomach deficiency type has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the inflammatory response and the TCM syndrome score,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
