摘要
近些年,中草药作为饲料添加剂广泛应用于动物生产中。艾叶含有挥发油、多糖、黄酮、三萜及多种微量元素,具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化等生物学功能。艾叶及其提取物在动物生产中作为饲料添加剂,可以促进动物生长发育,改善畜产品品质。文章综述了艾叶及其提取物的活性成分、生物学功能及在动物养殖中的研究进展,以期为艾叶及其提取物在动物养殖生产中的合理应用提供参考。
In recent years,Chinese herbal medicine is widely used as a feed additive in animal production.Artemisia argyi leaves contain volatile oil,polysaccharides,flavonoids,triterpenes,and various trace elements,which have biological functions such as antibacterial,antiviral and antioxidant properties.Artemisia argyi leaves and its extracts are used as feed additives in animal production,which can promote animal growth and development,improve quality of livestock products.The article reviews active ingredients,biological functions and application in animal husbandry of Artemisia argyi leaves and their extracts,to provide reference for rational application of Artemisia argyi leaves and its extract in animal breeding and production.
