摘要
畜牧业高质量发展是推进乡村振兴的必要支撑,是建设中国式现代化的关键抓手。从内涵与时代定位看,畜牧业未来要朝生态、安全等方面实现高质高效发展,全面提升畜禽产品供给质量与数量。面向中国式现代化,我国畜牧业高质量发展既符合新时代生态化与开放合作的目标导向,也遵循经济与产业布局的中国式规律。为此,提出夯实基础,加快现代化畜禽种养业建设;提高保障,搭建动物防疫体系;强化竞争,完善畜牧政策措施的建议,以更好发挥畜牧业高质量发展在中国式现代化进程中的支撑作用。
The high-quality development of animal husbandry is necessary support to promote rural revitalization,and also key to building Chinese path to modernization.From perspective of connotation and era positioning,animal husbandry refers to future development of animal husbandry towards ecology,safety,and other aspects to achieve highquality and efficient development,comprehensively improve quality and quantity of social livestock and poultry product supply.Facing Chinese path to modernization,high-quality development of China's animal husbandry not only conforms to goal orientation of ecological and open cooperation in new era,but also follows Chinese law of economic and industrial layout.Therefore,it is proposed to consolidate the foundation and accelerate construction of modern livestock and poultry breeding and breeding industry.Improve security and establish an animal epidemic prevention system.Suggestions on strengthening competition and improving animal husbandry policies and measures to better play the supporting role of high-quality development of animal husbandry in process of Chinese path to modernization.
