胡杨叶片纤维素质量分数及含水率对春尺蠖择食程度的影响 被引量:1

Influences of Cellulose and Water Content of Populus euphratica Foliage on the Selective Feeding Intensity of Defoliating Insect

摘要 以择食胡杨(Populus euphratica)叶片的食叶昆虫春尺蠖(Apocheima cinerarius)为研究对象,在塔里木河上游沙雅地区、中游英巴扎地区、下游阿拉干地区各选取与河道距离不同的5个监测样地(距离河道20、200、400、600、800 m)采集胡杨叶片样本,结合野外观察和室内分析,探究叶片纤维素质量分数及含水率对春尺蠖择食的影响。结果表明:胡杨叶片纤维素质量分数与春尺蠖择食程度的相关性显著,但与叶片含水率的相关性不显著。春尺蠖取食胡杨叶片时,表现出明显的“雄株叶偏食性”(即喜欢吃雄株叶片),受虫害脱叶的雄性胡杨占胡杨总量的52%,雌性胡杨仅占5%。3个地区未受虫害胡杨的叶片纤维素质量分数、剩余叶片百分比(PRF)高于受虫害胡杨。中游英巴扎样地的受虫害程度较高、范围较广,叶片纤维素质量分数水平为7.60%~15.30%。受虫害胡杨的叶片纤维素质量分数及剩余叶片百分比随离河道距离的增加而增加,即虫害分布呈明显的河流廊道效应。上游沙雅样地的虫害分布与河道距离呈正比,离河道越远,胡杨叶片受虫害的程度越高。 We obtained the foliage samples of Populus euphraticatrees from 5 monitoring plots (20, 200, 400, 600 and 800 m) with different distances from the river at the sections of Shaya in the upper reaches, Yingbaza in the middle reaches and Arghan in the lower reaches of the Tarim River Basin. The influences of cellulose and water content of foliage on the feeding preference of Apocheima cinerarius were discussed in combination with field observation and laboratory analysis. The cellulose content of P. euphratica foliageis significantly correlated with the selective feeding intensity of A. cinerarius , but there is no significant correlation with between foliage water content. A. cinerarius preferred foliage of male P. euphratica , defoliated male trees stands accounts for 52%, only 5% for female trees stands in themonitoring plots. The cellulose content of foliage and the percentage of remaining foliage (PRF) of uninfected P. euphratica trees were higher than those of infested P. euphratica trees. Among them, higher degree and wider range of defoliation was observed in Yingbaza section, the cellulose content of P. euphratica foliagewas between 7.6%-15.3%. The cellulose content of foliage and PRF of P. euphratica increased with the increasing distance from the river. In contrast, the degree of defoliation increased with the increasing distance from the river.
