摘要
南宁市那平江污水处理厂,设计规模为10万m^(3)/d,通过预处理曝气沉砂池、生物处理改进多级A/0工艺、深度处理(深床滤池+接触消毒池),污泥处理系统(重力浓缩+板框压滤机),使出水达到一级A标准。本文对各种处理工艺设计的目的及参数进行了详细介绍,重点给出多级A/0工艺的计算过程,并提出了工艺优化措施,可以为国内后续多级A/0工艺设计计算提供借鉴。
The Nanning Na Pingjiang wastewater treatment plant,designed for a scale of 100,000 m~3/d,the effluent to achieve a level A standard,through pretreatment aeration sedimentation tank,biological treatment to improve the multi-stage A/0 process,deep treatment(deep bed filter tank+contact disinfection tank),sludge treatment system(gravity thickening+plate and frame filter press).This paper gives a detailed introduction to the design purpose,parameters of various treatment processes,focuses on the multi-stage A/0 process calculation process and proposes process optimisation measures,which can provide reference for the subsequent multi-stage A/0 process design calculation in the country.
