摘要
本文主要探究原标准《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(GB/T 16489—1996)、《水和废水监测分析方法》(第四版)中《硫化物测定对氨基二甲苯胺光度法(亚甲蓝)》与新标准方法《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(HJ 1226—2021)的不同之处。结合对新方法开展的方法验证结论,在原理、试剂配制、实验测试、精密度、正确度、注意事项等方面,提出确实、可行的建议,确保在环境监测工作中能准确测定水中硫化物。
This paper mainly explores the differences between the original standard Determination of Sulfide in Water Quality Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method(GB/T 16489-1996),and the new standard method Determination of Sulfide in Water Quality Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method(HJ 1226-2021)and the new standard method Determination of Sulfide in Water Quality Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method(HJ 1226-2021).Based on the conclusion of method validation for the new method,provide reliable and feasible suggestions in terms of principle,reagent preparation,experimental testing,precision,accuracy,precautions,etc.,to ensure accurate determination of sulfides in water in environmental monitoring work.
