摘要
文章研制了一种自密实固化土,通过改变水泥配合比和水灰比,进行自密实固化土无侧限抗压强度试验。结果表明:(1)随着水泥固化剂配合比逐渐增加,无侧限抗压强度逐渐增加;(2)随着水灰比增加,无侧限抗压强度总体上减小;(3)自密实固化土的无侧限抗压强度随着养护龄期增加而逐渐增大,土样14 d无侧限抗压强度为7 d无侧向抗压强度的2.06倍,28 d无侧限抗压强度为7 d无侧限抗压强度的2.59倍;28 d时自密实固化土的强度达到了肥槽回填的强度要求。
The self compacting stabilized soil is developed in this paper.Through changing the cement mix ratio and water cement ratio,the unconfined compressive strength test of self compacting stabilized soil is carried out.The results show that:(1)the unconfined compressive strength increases with the increasing of the cement curing agent mix proportion;(2)the unconfined compressive strength decreases with the increasing of water cement ratio;(3)the unconfined compressive strength of self compacting solidified soil is increasing with the curing age increasing.The 14d unconfined compressive strength of soil samples is 2.06 times of the 7d unconfined compressive strength,the 28d unconfined compressive strength is 2.59 times of the 7d unconfined compressive strength;the 28d strength of self compacting solidified soil meets the strength requirements of fertilizer tank backfilling.
