摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是致使老年人脑功能丧失的主要疾病,其发病机制的神经炎症假说是现阶段研究热点。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是免疫细胞在内外源刺激下产生的炎症关键多蛋白复合物,与β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)异常聚集、tau蛋白过度磷酸化及神经炎症均有密切关系,在AD的起病及进展中有重要作用。单味中药、中药单体、中药复方及针刺治疗均可通过调控NLRP3炎症小体对炎症及AD起到有效治疗作用。参考文献47篇。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a major disease that leads to the loss of brain function in the elderly,and the neuroinflammatory hypothesis of its pathogenesis is a research hotspot at this stage.The inflammasome of nucleotide binding oligomeric domain like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)is a key inflammatory protein complex produced by immune cells under external and internal stimuli,which is closely related to abnormal aggregation ofβAmyloid(Aβ),tau protein hyperphosphorylation and neuroinflammation,and has an important impact on the onset and progress of AD.Single Chinese medicinal,monomer of Chinese me-dicinal,Chinese medicinal compound and acupuncture can effectively treat the inflammation and AD by regulating NLRP3 inflammasome.Total 47 references were cited.
