摘要
目的:考察重庆市各类医疗资源空间格局及影响因素,为优化医疗资源配置提供有益参考。方法:利用平均最近邻、空间相关性、多样性指数、相关分析等方法,揭示重庆市医疗资源空间格局特征及其影响因素。结果:重庆市四类医疗资源呈空间集聚特征;多功能、强复合医疗资源主要分布在大都市区,并逐渐向西扩张;经济发展水平、人口密度、老年人口占比、女性人口占比与医疗资源的空间格局呈正相关关系,海拔、到中心城区距离与医疗资源的空间格局呈负相关关系;政府支持对医疗资源的空间格局无显著影响。结论:进一步推动优质医疗服务下沉与共享,最大化挖掘医疗服务广度与深度,发挥市场与政府在医疗资源空间配置中的关键作用,优化医疗资源配置。
Objective To investigate the spatial pattern and influencing factors of various medical resources in Chongqing,and to provide useful references for optimizing the allocation of medical resources Methods The average nearest neighbor,spatial correlation,diversity index and correlation analysis were used to reveal the spatial pattern characteristics and influencing factors of medical resources in Chongqing.Results The four kinds of medical resources showed spatial agglomeration characteristics in Chongqing.Multifunctional and strong compound medical resources were mainly distributed in metropolitan areas and gradually expanded westward.Economic development level,population density,proportion of elderly population and proportion of female population were positively correlated with the spatial pattern of medical resources,while altitude and distance to central urban areas were negatively correlated with that.Government support had no significant impact on the spatial pattern of medical resources.Conclusion The government should further promote the sinking and sharing of high-quality medical services,maximize the breadth and depth of medical services,play the key role of the market and government in the spatial allocation of medical resources,and optimize the allocation of medical resources.
