摘要
长三角发达的数字经济和文旅产业为二者融合发展奠定了基础,通过2011—2019年的数据发现,长三角数字经济水平提高对文旅产业高质量发展具有促进作用和空间扩散效应。苏、浙、皖三省、二线及以上城市、都市圈城市数字经济对文旅产业高质量发展具有积极影响。受限于“鲍莫尔成本病”和“数字鸿沟”,三四线和非都市圈城市数字经济的助推作用还有待提升。数字经济能够通过提升政府效率、扩大市场潜力、强化城市创新能力赋能文旅产业高质量发展。长三角各地应通过完善顶层设计、夯实数字文旅新基建、加速文旅企业数字化、建立数字经济协同治理体系等措施将数字经济培育为文旅产业高质量发展的新动能。
The developed digital economy,and cultural and tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta has laid a foundation for their integrated development.Based on the data from 2011 to 2019,it is found that the improvement of the development level of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta promoted the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry,and the promotion effect had a spatial diffusion effect.Based on the heterogeneity test,the digital economy of the three provinces of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Anhui,second-tier cities and above,and metropolitan cities had a positive impact on the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry.Restricted by"Baumol cost disease"and"Digital Divide",the promotion and spatial spillover effect of the digital economy in third and fourth-tier cities and non-metropolitan areas had not yet emerged.The digital economy could promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry by improving government efficiency,expanding market potential,and strengthening urban innovation capacity.All regions in the Yangtze River Delta should improve the top-level design,consolidate the new infrastructure of digital culture and tourism,accelerate the digitization of cultural and tourism enterprises,and establish the collaborative governance system of the digital economy to amplify the driving force of digital economy for the high-quality development of cultural and tourism industry.
