摘要
在过去的20年里,全球肥胖和高血压病的患病率急剧上升,两者密切相关,肥胖不仅增加了高血压病患者血压控制的难度,而且还加重了心脑血管损害。现代医学治疗高血压病需要终身服用西药,治疗高血压病药物种类繁多,但均有不良反应,大大降低部分患者药物依从性,使得血压控制欠佳。唐耀平主任医师长期从事心血管疾病的中西医结合诊疗,善用经方结合现代医学的研究成果加减组方用药,临床疗效显著。饮食不节,情志失调是导致肥胖相关性高血压病的主要病因,由于木郁土壅,郁而化热,邪热上扰所致高血压病,在临床中占有较大比例,唐耀平采用大柴胡汤结合性味归经加减治疗,疗效显著。
In the past 20 years,the prevalence of obesity and hypertension has significantly risen in the worldwide.These two kinds of diseases are affect each other.Obesity not only increases the difficulty of blood pressure control in patients with hypertension,but also aggravates the injury of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The treatment of hypertension in modern medicine requires lifelong use of western medicine.There are many kinds of drugs for treating hypertension,but there are adverse reactions,which greatly reduces the drug compliance of some patients and makes blood pressure control poor.Chief Physician TANG Yaoping hasbeen engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a long time.He isgood at using classic prescriptions combined with modern medicine research results to improve the clinic effect.Irregular diet and emotional imbalance are the main causes of obesity-related hypertension.The hypertension caused by the stagnation of wood and earth,the stagnation of Qi and the transformation of heat,and the disturbance of pathogenic heat accounts for a large proportion in clinical practice.TANG Yaoping used Dachaihu Decoction(大柴胡汤)in combination with the addition and subtraction of natures,tastes and meridian tropism to treat hypertension,and there is a significant effect.
