ATH/EG复合阻燃剂对沥青及大空隙沥青混合料性能影响

Effect of ATH/EG Composite Flame Retardant on Properties of Asphalt and Large Void Asphalt Mixture

摘要 为提升阻燃剂在隧道沥青路面中的阻燃应用效果,探究阻燃剂对沥青及大空隙沥青混合料性能的影响,采用水热法制备了氢氧化铝(ATH)/可膨胀石墨(EG)复合型阻燃剂,并成型了适用于隧道环境具有阻燃和降噪功能的大空隙沥青混合料。采用氧指数试验分析了复合阻燃剂对沥青阻燃性能的影响,采用动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验分析了复合阻燃剂对沥青高低温流变特性的影响,采用马歇尔试验、汉堡车辙试验、动态模量试验以及疲劳试验分析了复合阻燃剂对大孔隙沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:ATH和EG比例为1∶1时复合阻燃剂的协同阻燃效果最优,且随着复合阻燃剂掺量的增加沥青的阻燃性能越好;复合阻燃剂提升了沥青的高温性能,但降低了低温性能,综合考虑沥青的阻燃性能及流变性能,推荐ATH/EG复合阻燃剂掺量为15%~20%;ATH/EG复合阻燃剂提高了大空隙沥青混合料的高温稳定性和动态模量,但降低了沥青混合料的疲劳性能。 In order to improve the application effect of flame retardant in tunnel asphalt pavement and explore the influence of flame retardant on the performance of asphalt and large void asphalt mixture,aluminum hydroxide(ATH)/expandable graphite(EG)composite flame retardant is prepared by hydrothermal method,and large void asphalt mixture suitable for tunnel environment is formed.Oxygen index test is used to analyze the effect of composite flame retardant on asphalt flame retardant performance,dynamic shear rheological test and bending beam rheological test are used to analyze the effect of composite flame retardant on asphalt high and low temperature rheological properties,and Marshall test,Hamburg rutting test,dynamic modulus test and fatigue test are carried out to analyze the effect of composite flame retardant on the pavement performance of macroporous asphalt mixture.The results show that when the ratio of ATH and EG is 1:1,the synergistic flame retardant effect of the composite flame retardant is the best,and the flame retardant performance of asphalt is better with the increase of the content of the composite flame retardant.The composite flame retardant improves the hightemperature performance of asphalt,but reduces the low-temperature performance.Considering the flame retardant and rheological properties of asphalt,it is recommended that the content of ATH/EG composite flame retardant is 15%~20%.ATH/EG composite flame retardant improves the high temperature stability and dynamic modulus of large void asphalt mixture,but reduces the fatigue performance of asphaltmixture.
