摘要
中医儿科专家原晓风教授创立“三因辨证为纲,五脏一体病因病机辨证为目”的小儿疾病诊疗理论体系,以三因即先天病因、后天病因、感染性诱因为纲,以五脏一体辨治为目,即脾肺为阴脏,容易外感内伤;肝心木火相煽,易于郁热化火;少阴心肾水火既济调整人体一身阴阳。原晓风教授应用该理论体系梳理儿童心理性咳嗽的病因、病机,并创立调神开郁汤以益髓填精、解郁开窍为主,临床随证加减,独具匠心。
TCM pediatric expert and professor Yuan Xiaofeng has founded the theoretical theory of the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric disease of"three causes as the outline,five viscera as a whole,the cause and the pathogenesis as the aim",three causes including congenital cause,postnatal cause and the infective cause as the outline,five viscera as a whole as the aim,that is,spleen and lung are the viscera of Yin,easily affected by exogenous pathogenic factor and internal injury;liver wound and heart fire mutually fanning the fire,prone to stagnating and transforming into fire;heart fire and kidney water assisting each other could adjust Yin and Yang of the whole body.Based on the causes and pathogenesis of psychological cough in children,professor Yuan Xiaofeng applied the theoretical system and founded regulating mind and relieving depression decoction,wishing to treat pediatric psychological cough by benefiting the marrow and adding the essence,relieving depression and opening the orifices mainly,modifying the decoction according to the symptoms in clinic.
