摘要
本研究基于高职“双师型”政策背景和现状调研,结合高职“双师型”教师的国家和省级行政认证标准,设计了职业行动能力、教育教学能力、实践应用能力、科学研究能力、社会服务能力、思想引导能力六个维度的评价标准模型,并分析了六维度模型评价标准的实践价值。研究成果可应用于高职院校分层分类开展“双师型”教师培养和认证,对“双师型”教师队伍建设具有指导意义。
Based on the research on the policy background and current situation of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,and combined with the national and provincial administrative certification standards of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,this study designed a standard evaluation model with six dimensions:professional action ability,education and teaching ability,practical application ability,scientific research ability,social service ability and ideological guidance ability.The practical value of six-dimension optimization model evaluation criteria are analyzed.The research results can be applied to the training and certification of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,and have guiding significance for the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.
