基建行业信息化管理的数据贯通和数智化升级策略研究

Strategies for Data Communication Unobstructed and Digital Intelligence Upgrading of Informatization Management in Infrastructure Construction Industry

摘要 在某基建综合企业实施案例中,结合企业自身信息化管理特点,为适应业务发展需要,以WBS作为数据关联载体,以工程进度为主线,以工程成本为核心,以技术经验为重点,建立企业项企管理综合数据库,分析信息化向数智化管理升级过程中的影响因素及信息系统阶段生命周期,使用系统结构化开发方法,进行四阶段、两步骤迭代推进,深度赋能新基建行业下,企业信息化管理向数字化转型升级,完成数字化管理向数智化管理的转型升级。 Take the implementation case of large-scale integrated infrastructure enterprises as an example,advanced and reasonable strategies and methods are adopted,steadily build a comprehensive management information platform that conforms to characteristics of the enterprise,deeply empower the infrastructure enterprises to transform and upgrade from information management to digital management,and from digital management to digital and intelligent management.According to characteristics of enterprise information management and needs of enterprise business development,the strategy of taking WBS as the carrier of data association,taking project progress as the main line,taking project cost as the core,and taking technical experience as the focus is adopted to establish the comprehensive database of enterprise project management.Many influencing factors and the life cycle of the information system stage in the process of upgrading from informatization to digital and intelligent management is analyzed,and use the system structural development method to divide it into four stages and two steps to advance iteratively in order,so as to enable the transformation and upgrading of enterprise informatization management to digital management under the new infrastructure industry.
