考虑设计与布局参数的二级减速器动力学优化 被引量:1

Dynamic optimization of two-stage reducer considering design and layout parameters

摘要 为研究多级定轴轮系的动态性能优化法。以二级齿轮系统为研究对象,利用广义有限元法建立包含齿轮设计参数(齿数,模数,齿宽)与系统布局参数(齿轮安装位置,级间相位角)的参数化动力学模型,采用Newmark-β时域积分法对额定转速下的动力学方程进行求解,并分析了各参数对系统的动态特性的影响;在此基础上,提出了多级定轴齿轮系统动态优化法,以设计与布局参数为变量,减速器传动比,轴径宽度等为约束条件,两级齿轮动载荷幅值与两侧轴承载荷差值最小为主要目标,建立多目标混合离散优化模型,基于贝叶斯算法编写程序求解模型,获得最优设计变量。结果表明,优化后减速器的第一级啮合力幅值降低18.9%,第二级啮合力幅值降低17.2%,轴系间两侧轴承载荷差分别下降36%、40%、45%。质量下降8.7%,边界盒体积下降27%,优化效果明显。 Here,to study dynamic performance optimization method of multistage fixed shaft gear train,taking a secondary gear system as the study object,a parametric dynamic model including gear design parameters(tooth number,gear module,tooth width)and system layout parameters(gear installation position,inter-stage phase angle)was established by using the generalized finite element method.Newmark-βtime domain integral method was used to solve the dynamic equation under the rated rotating speed,and effects of various parameters on dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed.Then,a dynamic optimization method for multistage fixed shaft gear system was proposed.Taking design and layout parameters as variables,and transmission ratio of reducer,shaft diameter and width,etc.as constraints,and dynamic load amplitude of the two-stage gear system and the minimum difference between loads of bearings at both shaft sides as the main objectives,a multi-objective mixed discrete optimization model was established,and a code was written based on Bayesian algorithm to solve the model to obtain the optimal design variables.The results showed that after optimization,the reducer’s first stage gear meshing force amplitude reduces by 18.9%,its second stage gear meshing force amplitude reduces by 17.2%,and bearing load differences for 3 pairs of bearings at both shaft sides in inter-stage shafting reduce by 36%,40%and 45%,respectively;the system mass decreases by 8.7%,and boundary box volume decreases by 27%;so,the optimization effect is obvious.
