摘要
为筛选猪伪狂犬病灭活疫苗的最佳免疫效果佐剂,分别选用4种不同佐剂与PRV-NMG株抗原配制疫苗。对4种不同佐剂配制的猪伪狂犬病灭活疫苗进行物理性状、安全性(注射小鼠、豚鼠、仔猪)、免疫仔猪后的中和抗体检测,中和抗体持续检测到二免131 d。结果显示,4种疫苗物理性状合格;IMS1313组在注射后出现注射部位红肿,其余3种疫苗注射后均无副反应发生。ISA201在配制的猪伪狂犬病灭活疫苗相对于其他3种,在刺激免疫仔猪产生中和抗体水平上免疫应答快、中和抗体水平高、持续时间长,具有更好的免疫效果。以此选择ISA201为猪伪狂犬灭活疫苗的最佳佐剂,也为猪伪狂犬灭活疫苗的佐剂选择提供了研究基础。
In order to screen the adjuvant with better immune effect in the inactivated porcine pseudorabies vaccine,we chosed four different adjuvants and PRV-NMG strain antigens to prepare vaccines.Then,we tested the physical properties of the four different vaccines,the safety of injected mouse,guinea pigs and piglets,and the neutralizing antibodies of the immunized piglets,be continuously detected for 131 days after the second immunity.The results showed that the inactivated pseudorabies vaccine formulated by the four vaccines had qualified physical properties.and with the exception of the IMS1313,which showed redness and swelling at the injection site,the other three vaccines had no side effects after injection.At the same time,the ISA201 has the characteristics of faster immune response,higher level of neutralizing antibody and longer duration in stimulating the level of neutralizing antibody produced by immunized piglets compared with the vaccine formulated with other three adjuvants.Therefore,the ISA201 is selected as the best adjuvant for inactivated porcine pseudorabies vaccine.This experiment also provides a research basis for the selection of adjuvants for inactivated porcine pseudorabies vaccine.
