摘要
针对某厂NCB汽轮机大修后轴系振动问题,采用双平面加重的动平衡方法将轴系振动降低至报警值以下,保证机组可以顺利启动和并网。汽轮机在并网后升负荷过程中,5X向轴振从75μm变化至最大186μm,超过了机组设定的报警值。进一步根据全负荷工况下的轴系振动数据,采用单平面加重的动平衡方法,将轴系在各个负荷区间的振动值均降低至报警值以下,提升了汽轮机运行的安全可靠性。
To solve the vibration problem of NCB steam turbine shafting of the post-overhaul,the double plane weighted dynamic balance method was adopted to reduce the shafting vibration to below the alarm value.Then the steam turbine was connected to the grid smoothly on time.In the process of turbine load increase,the vibration of 5 X changed from 75μm to 186μm which exceeded the alarm value of the unit.Furthermore,according to the shafting vibration data of the full load condition,The single plane weighted dynamic balance method was adopted to reduce the vibration to below the alarm value at each load value.The safety and reliability of the turbine were improved.
