摘要
目的观察曼月乐联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法选取50例子宫腺肌病患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各25例。对照组实施曼月乐治疗,试验组实施曼月乐联合GnRH-a治疗,比较两组的子宫内膜容受性、雌激素水平、月经量评分及疼痛程度。结果治疗后,试验组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,子宫动脉搏动指数、子宫动脉阻力指数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗3个月、治疗6个月的月经量评分、视觉模拟评分量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐联合GnRH-a治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果显著,值得推广及应用。
Objective To observe the treatment of adenomyosis with combination of mirena and gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)for adenomyosis.Methods 50 patients with adenomyosis were selected and divided into two groups based on random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mirena,while the experimental group was treated with mirena combined with GnRH-a.The endometrial receptivity,estrogen levels,menstrual volume scores,and pain levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,while the uterine artery pulsation index and uterine artery resistance index were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The menstrual volume score and visual analogue scale score of the experimental group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of mirena combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of adenomyosis is significant and worthy of promotion and application.
